As a Well-Being Coach fostering “The Package Deal Approach to Well-Being”, I attract busy, purpose-driven people who tend to neglect self-care . . . and those who never want to look, feel or act their age, like me. The latter was always easy, but as a perpetual “doer”, I needed help with the first two. With a 24/7 self-healing program and other enhancement tools, you can make this seemingly full-time job almost like “healing on the fly”, in the spare time you don’t have. A solid foundation or “clean soil” allows all the seeds you choose to plant take root and thrive. And I have lots of good seeds from which to choose.
They say you learn best that which you “teach”. I am blessed, daily, to give and receive reminders of how inseparable the body, mind and spirit are through my connection with hundreds of clients world-wide.
My background was a far cry from self-care – in fact, it created the need for extreme self-care to make up for years of neglect. As a Navy photographer, a student (BSBA in accounting & management in 2 years, while working), the only female CPA in two Price Waterhouse offices, years in private accounting, 16 years as a real estate broker, I excelled at all, but was left tired and yearning for something more. I took up dancing on a pro-am level, but books became my joy, starting with Simple Abundance in 1994. I moved solo to Las Vegas in 2001, then read “Sanctuary: The Path to Consciousness” in 2003. Six months later, I became a messenger for the author and developer of AIM Energetic Balancing, Stephen Lewis after early signs of glaucoma diagnosed in 2001 were gone and I experienced a calmness beyond anything I ever imagined.
I’ve learned everything is about consciousness, even exercise and weight loss thanks to my forever “spiritual personal trainer”, Greg Kelly, www.tonein12.com. And I’ve learned that for sure, God’s greatest gift is unconditional love, and God’s greatest promise is unlimited potential. Logically, we are the only ones that place limitations on love and ourselves.
My “tool kit” starts with AIM, then “Stirred” water, both very affordable, effective and foundational. Critical add-ons are enjoyable quick exercise, mind matters and habits, nutrition, relationships, skin care and even marketing tips. I provide information – you decide if it resonates with you. I don’t sell, preach or convince. I hate when that happens. Occasionally, I may rant mildly but always consciously and with humor as often as possible.
I believe in being realistic – I plan for miracles and thrive on helping others do the same.
Abundantly,
Judy
